Time to make a change...

It is summer and I finally took a good look at myself and it hit me...I need to lose weight and not just get in shape but I need to lose a good chunk of weight. I've been making excuses for far too long and over several years I gained a lot of weight. Somehow I made myself believe that its ok, but now I realized that I let it go out of control.
A good way to be aware of your diet is to document it, thus I have decided to make blogs about daily meals. Wish me luck and come along with me!
